Breguet Archives - Archivio Breguet

The goal of the site

This site, created by an idea of two friends who are fond of military watches (one of them is also an owner of the second re-edition of the Type XX, Aeronavale mod.), is dedicated to the owners of these watches produced by Breguet - Breguet Family, Chaumet Family, Investcorp Group and now Swatch Group.
The genuine version has been produced since 1954 and the two re-editions have been produced since 1970s and from 1995 on, that on sale today, from Breguet - Swatch Group.
We invite you to join our archives so to create an updated data bank of the owners of the over mentioned watches.
Our goal, which is totally free of charge, is to put in contact, even if in a virtual way, all those who are fond of these watches and all those who own them so as to have at disposal a space in which everyone can express ideas, opinions and suggestions. We think that having free access to the updated archives, everyone will be able to check the circulation of these watches and the degree of attention paid towards them.
If you are an owner of the Type XX genuine models and of the two re-editions you can enter to this archives.
To all those who will sign up, by using the application form, we ask to indicate your name, your surname initial letter, your region, country or nation, the model, the reference, the matriculation number, the manufacturing (or purchasing) year, a short desciption of the watch and your e-mail.
It is possible to send also suggestions and the photo, .jpg format and max 40kb, of the watch.
To all those who will sign up, they will receive for free by e-mail, within few days, the confirm of the registration and the relevant certificate that will be progressively numbered and made out to the watch. Number 1 has been given “ex-aequo” to the webmasters Marco Mancini and Ricciardo Canova who have planned this site, while number 3 has been given to Piero Lapiana, the owner of the Type XX (second re-edition, Aeronavale mod.).
